Hey, we’re a small team from Adelaide with a background in hospitality and a shared love for well-made things, good design, and the little details that make everyday life feel more considered.

Solace & Heart started fairly simple — just a conversation between friends about why so many things today feel rushed or done without care. We realised how much better life feels when you use things made with thought and purpose, and how rare that’s become.

So, we started looking. We connected with small Japanese farmers who still grow and produce matcha the traditional way, building real relationships with the people behind the process. From there, our curiosity grew — into ceramics, homewares, and simple, lasting pieces that carry meaning in how they’re made and how they’re used.

That’s what Solace & Heart is about.
Solace is slowing down and finding calm in the everyday.
Heart is care — in the making, the sharing, and the using.

We started with matcha, but this is only the beginning. From ceramic matcha bowls made by local artists to hand-crafted homewares and practical pieces for daily life, everything we create is made to last, not to follow trends.

We’re still learning as we go, taking things one step at a time, and building something that feels genuine — no hype, no noise, just things we believe in and hope you will too.
